Of course it’s Drum Line Elmo 🤣 - the most Philly of Philly things! The first time I saw them was in a video of a big scrapyard fire with the camera pulling back to show Drum Line Elmo marching, totally ignoring the fire taking place. I knew it was Philly, before I knew it was Philly. Ever since, he’s been a staple at every Philly event!
