New phone tech can help, but it won’t fix the problem of jerk bosses.

Fran, they spent money on this one. It was as clean as an old episode of "I Love Lucy". Great transfer! Was this done on a type of film that doesn't degrade into red mush? I watch all of your films and you almost always have to fight the brown/red discoloration. As far as the production goes, it was clear that some of these actors have acted before. The flip-card PowerPoint presentation was amusing. All that button pressing, and dial phone turning, seemed like an eternity. She could of said "Oh, this is easy... we'll cut out the human element altogether. Your incoming calls will go directly to a prerecorded message stating the name of your company and then a comprehensive list of each employee will be listed with the number they can be reached with. When the caller finds the person, he can dial in that number and get right to that person. People love choices and the more employees they have to go through, the longer the smoke break they can take. To make this even more enjoyable for the caller, a wonderful blend of mushy-sounding music will be played throughout the call. If the person is not available, the automated recording will tell them to stay on the line until that person is free. Of course this will never happen because we will place him into what we call the "Bell System Black Hole" in which annoying calls go to die. Just sign here..."
