Fortunately Adrian got his third channel back, although it seems it required a whole bunch of people making a big fuss on social media to make it happen. The problem is not limited to YouTube, though; any company of sufficient size ends up skimping on customer support, and basically stops caring about their customers unless someone raises a stink.
