I think you just need to use less paint and more water. It can be a matter of bad pigmentation, if the paint you're using is not good quality, but first try to experiment with water/paint amount, if that doesn't help, then I guess you should consider get better paints. Thank you!

when I try to use a dark color, like black, always I think I used o much pigment or it look a few burned. You think maybe my watercolors have a bad pigmentation? or maybe I need use more watter. PD. I realy like how yo work, so pretty
