the first article is kinda interesting, because its a good point made by a terrible person. For a lot of people, the excuse of the pandemic allowed them to realize that the people that they were around were making them a little miserable but they just kept seeing them out of inertia. Now that they're becoming social creatures again, they see the option of ditching those people who they never really liked being around. Unfortunately, the person who wrote this was a rise and grind robot striver nitwit who took all of the generalizations made by psychologists as rote facts that can be directly followed to improve their life
