Drinking urine does not fight covid. Melatonin which you can buy over the counter does nothing against a respiratory virus like corona. Melatonin may help with thrombosis and patients who have diabetes concurrent with Covid-19 but even that is not considered a definite at this point. Even then doctors won't be dumping piss down someones throat. Stop it.

Another thing, for your info guys, Dr Pierre Kory, who is now adding antiandrogen therapy to his covid treatment regime is also the doctor who discovered/pioneered the use of corticosteroids in ICU patients reducing the ICU mortality rate by 50-75%, a pretty worthwhile contribution, unlike anything that you have made, and a lot better informed and at least as worthy of a sympathetic hearing as your extremely burnt out nursing friend (who also has a bad case of mass formation hypnosis). The medical rational for antiandrogen therapy for male covid patients is I imagine something to do with the fact that back in the early day's when everyone was super aware that men were dying of covid at 3 or 4 times the rate of women it was hypothesized that the cause of the difference was androgens ie male sex hormones. I haven't kept up on the research around this, and you clearly haven't either, but it's a good thing for you boys that Pierre Kory has.

The medical rational for drinking your urine (which has been a medical treatment for thousands of years) is because your morning urine contains melatonin, which is very very very good for you and significantly helpful in fighting off covid. However, as drinking your urine is also pretty gross, you can always just go to the chemist and get some melatonin. Take it at night, as it makes you sleepy/helps you sleep.
