I think the Chapo boys are pretty wrong about climate change. Most coastal real estate is for the wealthy. It’ll hit the wealthy pretty hard too, especially because they think they’re invincible. Of course the poor will bear the brunt of it, but it won’t be solely concentrated on them. Middle class (if that’s a thing anymore) households barely keeping their heads above water can watch their remaining savings and assets washed away in a minute and property insurance rates will continue to climb. It’s gonna be a fuckin disaster, folks.
