It’s interesting hearing Matt’s discussion on the powerlessness of the presidency in the context of Trump’s second term. Trump does have a compliant SC and Congress but he’s also going balls to the walls with reorganizing the federal government, setting tariffs, deploying the national guard and bullying universities. The presidency isn’t powerless; it’s just the only thing Biden and Obama wanted to do with that power was send weapons to Israel and bomb people in the ME.
