I remeber arguing with this normie right winger on Facebook back in 2014. And I was like “right wingers believe all kinds of stupid shit like Obama birtherism and that the Dems are trying to institute gay communism.” And he was like “that’s ridiculous, those are all fringe beliefs you see online, no one really believes that.” Ignoring the fact that all those people were boomers i.e. The only people who vote, and then not even two years later a Birther candidate (Trump) got elected. Now 11 years later conspriacies are rampant.
