🕑 Added 2024-09-12 06:19:20 +0000 UTCI cannot post tonight, I had some mild food poisoning yesterday and had anticipated that I would be ok today. I am not and can't record :( I still need to recover fluids and coupled with the heat that we've had recently im not in great shape. I will probably post on thursday and for sure on friday. Make sure to drink enough water, and you could eat some bananas too (it helps with your stomach). if you need more days to recover properly, just say it and rest. this has to be fun and entertaining to both sides, not just for us listeners, remember that. ππ
