I feel like this might be an idea you can make as spicy or wholesome as you please, but if you got yourself a massage gun (if that’s the kind of stress-relief that works for you) you could pretend the listener is using it on you (totally not just an excuse to hear moaning sounds) but tbh anything reverse-comfort oriented sounds wonderful (I like to feel needed lmao)
