About Sasuke copying Lee's Taijutsu, "I think" that Kakashi copied it (because Kakashi was there for Lee vs Gaara) for him then used Lee's Taijutsu in Sasuke's training so that Sasuke could copy it from Kakashi. Also Sasuke did fight lee pre Chinin Exam's. Not sure as nothing was explained on this so it might just be up to our imaginations, or it could just be a mistake in the writing.

Sasuke copied the moves Lee used on sasuke when they met. Also kakashi could have just shown him the same moves

And yet, Sasuke did saw Lee using taijutsu. At the start of the chunin exams Lee challenged Sasuke to a fight and used the moves in that fight before Guy sensei interrupted them.
