I would like to point out that the first scene in shippuden is after this (when they actually get to Sasuke) and even after all what we just saw, Sasuke still has 0 difficulty getting in position to potentially kill Naruto... I'm pretty sure orochimaru may have a point that Naruto still hasnt caught up D:

Shippuden fights are just insane. You got to increase your expectations because in my opinion this is one of the weakest fights in Shippuden.

The Triple Rashomon Jutsu from Orochimaru, is something you have seen before :) but only as a singular gate thingy instead of three. One of Orochimarus Underlings called Sakon (the two headed guy that fought Kiba during the Sasuke rescue mission) used that Jutsu :)
