She was on the Zack Sang show taking about why she hasn’t realized much music and that her album is coming soon. But she’s such a perfectionist and wants everything to be super perfect that it’s hard for her to release something, she sat on Motivation I believe for a year or two before she released it and she wasn’t happy with it at all after releasing it, so she’s trying to learn to let go and just do things without stressing and obsessing over it so much so she can have actual music out there already

Wonder why she only brings out a song every 2 years though. It reminds me of sketchy Kpop record labels that did that to certain groups and artists keeping them on the shelf for years to then drop them after people forget about them. Working against them from the inside and not helping them succeed.

I agree as a pop group Normani was getting kinda held back in Fifth Harmony. But after Camila Cabello left the group they started doing a lot more R&B stuff that fit a lot of them much better. Especially in their side tracks. But sadly that only lasted a year before the remaining four members left at the same time, not just Normani. :)
