I looove water under the bridge, but chileee, send my love to your new lover? that's like, one of her worst songs IMO, but different strokes for different folks, lmao. I've only heard this song twice but I know she's gone through a divorce since the last album and I'm like 99% sure that's what the song is about, makes sense with the video too. I think it's about her growing up and telling her ex, herself, and maybe even her son to "go easy on (her)" considering she was so young when she got into the relationship. Assuring them and herself that she DID try her best to make it work and that it's okay that it didn't in the end.
