Teyana Taylor and Victoria Monét was the best by far. I thought it was interesting they didn't give Tinashe a dance number considering she can dance. Chloe sounded good just should've gave her a better song. Coco was great. Lowkey think she was trying to avoid backlash for being all up on a married man from internet trolls so she went to the wife first. Keke was a cool choice. Besides that they could have swapped everyone else out.

I think the idea was that they wanted all female artists for the tribute and I guess they probably really wanted someone to rep Atlanta for the yeah x3 shout. I’d rather they’d have given it to Chlöe tho, she’s ACTUALLY from atl and not Clayton county (although I don’t actually think the distinction matters) Victoria and Teyana ate DOWN, perfect picks and the queer energy of that performance was immaculate, how many letters/symbols in LGBTQIA+ ???

Overall, a solid tribute, minus Latto. Here’s a different perspective to CoCo going to his wife first. The tribute had a theme of female empowerment excl Gambino. Coco going to the wife first was a sign of respect. Next thing yknow it would’ve been how could you do all of that with his wife sitting right there. Ppl don’t know how to separate show biz and real life.
