She's confirmed on Twitter and elsewhere that it *is* a reference to Ice, so she's not running away from from what she said or backing down or whatever. All she said was that she only chose to add the lines going at Ice *after* Ice came at her. Basically her point was that having Ice in the background in the original snippet she released wasn't an intentional shot at Ice, but the lyrics she added *were* going after her.
