I went to the Atlanta show and it was great. These videos weren’t the best cause it doesn’t show the whole set up and they’re in the pit. Lots of theatrics between SZA and Kendrick. Lots of pyro and fireworks as well. They both also did older songs. He brought out Playboi Carti for Good Credit in ATL. I went to Kendrick’s Damn tour and now this GNX tour

Honestly, the only rapper I can think of who consistently delivers every word live is Hov. You’re right though most rappers tend to drop out or rely on the backing track to carry parts of their verses during performances. I’m guessing it’s because rap verses are often so fast and packed with words, with very few natural pauses, unlike singing where you usually get rests or sustained notes that give you time to breathe. And to give you a personal anecdote, I definitely find it harder to manage my breath when rapping a long verse compared to singing along a song at karaoke
