Some of their hand movements are kinda similar to Indian dance. They're called mudras and they're used in classical Indian dance and in Bollywood sometimes too. I don’t know if they did it intentionally since this song is very Latin inspired and the mv has this telenovela vibe, but I can definitely see the resemblance.

They are a global group but they promote in Korean and they have that kpop training. What makes them stand out from other kpop groups is their ability to have creative freedom and ideas. A lot of people take shit about them having their ass out in performances like this one for example even though it’s not the company that is forcing them to wear these revealing clothes but the girls themselves speaking up about wanting their clothes cropped. The girls are also able to speak more freely compared to kpop groups. Lara for example came out as Bi a couple months ago.

I really like their music and I love their group dynamic and them individually but ima need for their songs to be more vocal heavy especially because all the girls can sing very well especially Lara(the Indian one)
