🕑 Added 2021-01-16 00:06:32 +0000 UTCSoooo here it is the first attempt in game (which obviously comes with bunch of issues to fix π) but at least the front looks good.
I will keep working a bit more (1am here) and leave the rest for tomorrow. Making the chunky/bicolour versions + the with/without fringe takes a loooot of time and when I'm sleepy I tend to mess up things hahaha, so better do it when I'm fully awake π

It's obscurus lip slider (N1, 2, 3, 4, 5). Not sure which one exactly hahaha, but you can get the 5. She made more sliders to edit sim faces way more :D

You can get lipsticks that show teeth or an add on under skin that gives your sim teeth naturally which works with any lipstick or lackthereof

I have a few lipstick CC from pralinesims that come with an option for "teeth". Maybe that's something similar?
