Sooooo the hair is finally here! I am so happy about it, it took me a lot of tears to fix the alpha transparencies but I did it (at least at the most visible angles π).
I hope you like it as much as I do, because I really put so much effort on making this one. Even tho it was hard to make it, I have to say that I had so much fun doing it, as it was one hairstyle that I never did and tried to make it as detailed as I could.
I told you I would make it without the hair covering the eye. I have that version done, just the base, still have to do chunky and bicolour but I saw I'd need an extra day for that I thought I'd split the hair in two, so you can enjoy it right now π₯°

Hey, Anto. I've been having an issue in-game with the hair colors. No matter what color I choose for my sim (+ all outfits), it keeps defaulting back to a pale blond color whenever my sim changes clothes. Do you have any idea why this would be happening?

Hi! Did (both of you) download The Chromatic Collection textures? (HQ or NonHQ version, just pick the one you need for your game, not both) That error appears when the textures are missing

Thank you very much! As for the issues with the mac, I tested the hair (well, my sis did, she was playing and I threw her the file π) and everything seems to work normal. Have you tried first running the game without mods and see if it worked? then adding one by one the folders of your cc folder (in case you have them organized, if they're all in the same folder add them in 10 by 10, or whatever number as I don't know how much cc you have) until the game stops working again so you can filter which file is causing it. If you need more help message me directly and we'll try to find a solution. π

Agree hahaha, I got the same Jessica Rabbit feeling when I was making it hahahah. My main idea was pulling everything to the front but after some people suggested adding some hair in the back at the WIP post I decided to do it that way, so thank them instead hahaha.

Love it! Is anyone else having issues with this hair in game? In CAS, when I choose Anto hairs, the sims gets the red/white error overlay with the question mark on its face (if you know what I'm talking about). Does this have to do with a new update? Does anyone know?

This is gorgeous!! Very Veronica Lake (or Jessica Rabbit in that lovely red). I love that you put hairs down the back even though the style is mostly pushed towards the front. Wish I could get my hair to look like this in real life! <3

I tested it on a similar sim and didn't have an issue with smaller-bodied sims, but larger-bodied sims had that issue. Not sure if the same rings true for your sim, but if you make their chest/pecs smaller/thinner, does the hair still clip through? Might narrow down the cause.

OMG, the hair is amazing! However, I have an issue on my non-binary sim, would love for you to fix if possible ofc! At the chest level, the hair goes through it when the frame is feminine and gender is male. Normally there is no issue like this with your gorgeous hair! I know it is a bit different of an issue but I love to use it on my sim! Thank you for the hair anyways! <3
