Hi! I'm new and could be wrong here but I think the HQ and NonHQ+Sliders download links have been mixed up, the HQ one kept giving me the NonHQ file downloads but when I tried the other link, I think I got the right one

You mean the extras for straight hairs? If that’s the case you need to download the extras for collection 1 as well. Braids/dreadlocks use collection 2, so this could be the reason you can see these but not the others. Let me know if that helps ❤️

Hi, I having trouble with the extras for the chromatic collection. I see the options for the braids but not the hombre, roots, or other options.

Hi! The issue people had here was that when I posted them they filled my onedrive bandwidth hahaha. As for the current issue (and that I wasn't aware of), is that yesterday I renewed my whole website and I forgot to link this post back to the new files, I will fix it right now 😊. i downloaded everything but it wont show up in game. is there a fix for this?

That hair is from TSR, right? Just download the same one here and delete TSR ones. Those don’t have the word “chromatic” in the filename so they’re not fully compatible. I had to make a small version for them to keep the files work as standalone 😊

i downloaded everything required but when I go to change the hair to a crazy color, the sim shows up as a bald head with a bunch of colors next to it. what am I doing wrong here?

There was a problem with one drive due to limited bandwidth but it should be fixed by now :)

Hello! You have to select the other half of the hair in any of the categories mentioned above. In hairs category you have the full color hair (blonde thumbnail), and the chunky/bicolour version that needs the extra texture that can be found in many categories, like hats for example. That way you can control which color you want to give to the rest of the hair

hey! half of the hair is gone in the extras:/. I spent hours last night making sure I downloaded everything I need for the hairs to work but I feel like im missing something. I play on a MacBook if that's any help.

Exactly! Each collection is a different set of textures, and depending the hair it will require one or another. It might seem strange but doing this reduced package size by a lot because you only need one texture for all hairs instead the same texture in every hair package

If you do not use hq and do not use sliders you have to download the nonHQ version ☺️

And I'm sorry for one more question. Do I understand correctly that collection 1 and collection 2 are two different things, that is, you will have hair marked with the number 1 and the number 2. I'm asking this in order to understand whether I should have both collections in the game, or are 2 collections enough now for two types of hair to work?

I just checked them all without issues. Is it redirecting you to patreon's main page? if so, try another browser, I have no idea why that happens but it's browser related 😔
