I'm fairly happy with how the colors turned out in this one. I often feel like I don't make the colors as fresh and bright as I would have liked, and this illustration is more in line with what I want to aim for.
For this picture I also used Corel Painter a bit more than I usually do. I did the rough sketch and base colors in Photoshop, and then did most of the rendering in Painter. The brushes in Painter blend in a way that I feel gets a nice looking result more effortlessly for me. Those of you who get the time lapse video at the start of next month may also notice that I jump back and forth between Photoshop and Painter throughout the process, and I do that because there are several tools I like better in Photoshop, like selection and masking tools, as well as color adjustments. So, instead of using just one or the other, I'm trying to get the best of both programs by jumping between them.

Thank you, I'm glad you like it, Ciaran! I don't paint water very often at all, so it was an interesting thing to do this time, for sure. :) And yes, you're correct, they're naiads. But don't worry, they're nice and just want to have a bit of fun, haha.

Are those blisters on his dick?? At least that's what they look like to me - kind of gross! Would be cool to have a shot with the cum having overshot the fellatrix's head and land on the boobs of the naiad behind!

Oh wowsers! That's uh... quite something XD. Firstly, I love the colours here with the cool greens and blues of both the backgrounds and lovely ladies with the warmer toned adventurer distinct amongst them. The background itself is gorgeously painted with the gnarled trees (I like that there's that space between them where his head is so the composition is great too :D) and rippling water, both of which have wonderful variations in colour, particularly the water. The wet effects here are fantastic, especially combined with the green bounce-light that shines up onto the ladies from below. As for the characters, all of the naiads (I'm assuming that that's what they are) look amazing, their faces are beautiful and expressive and the wet black hair drapes around and over their forms so nicely (I really like the way the hair on the girl with her tongue out flows along the surface of the water). The guy is painted magnificently too, the way his body is posed, wrapping over the mossy rock that he leans against is really good, the forms of his muscles are well-defined as are the folds in his clothing (the way that one naiad's fingers peel his top back is very well done, love her big smile too :D). I could go on, but I'll try to stop myself here, you've made yet another beautiful, fantastic painting, Calm, I hope the intentions of the naiads don't involve them eating this guy or something equally horrible once their fun has finished XD.
