Halle Hairstyle (Requires The Chromatic Collection 2)

It's time for a new hairstyle and this one is inspired in Halle Bailey from The Little Mermaid movie. I have to say that I felt like a kid watching it the other day (the cinema was full of kids though 😂), I loved the movie and I had to make her hair.
It was a hard decision, because under the water it's all CG and feels like straight hair with some dreadlocks here and there, but out of the water it's her real hair (dreadlocks) with wavy hair extensions. My guess is that they did this underwater version that way because of how it flows, so at the end I decided that her real hair would make more sense since the sims are out of the water most of the time and sims hair doesn't move underwater like Ariel's hahaha. This style is the one she has right when she leaves the water.

Stunning 😍 and yes they did exactly that cause dreadlocks don't flow well in water. I read the hairdresser wanted to keep her original hair cause it was so beautiful and didn't want to use a wig, so they covered her locks with red hairs to get Ariel og hair colour and to have the right flow underwater they mixed hair extensions that being lighter gave the wanted effect 🧜🏽♀️
