This is a wonderful piece not just for day meditations but also before sleeping... Don't know if this use is encouraged by our Teacher, but last night i kept it looping at low volume while falling asleep: it was an amazing few hours, half-awakening every 10mn or so with triggered throbbing/shivers/pleasure and slumbering again , increasingly light, abandoned, wonderfully tingly in the trusted blanket of Her voice... finally waking aching for more :)
