That's the most bullshit excuse you ever heard? Did you ever ask someone why they still consume dairy, directly funding the r*pe of cows? People will be like "Its the natural thing to do" and more mental gymnastics to avoid cognitive dissonance. Maybe its because I live close to the Picasso museum, where thousands of people come from all over the world to see this misogynists work, but I do think that you can appreciate art apart from the creator. I hope this guy gets what he deserves but whatever that is, I hope he keeps on writing books about scify and philosophy and I'm going to support that.

And for the record - barely anyone was aware of the story because it only started being properly investigated in 2020..
