I think the best place is when you're captured by the cult. Give you three choices, vagina, large cock, or keep your current cock. The problem is that some lines depend on shrinkage and won't make sense if it grows, so it will need to occur after a significant event so I can properly plan it. Also if you can just go in and change the size at any time then why have shrinkage? So with the choice I'll have to come up with a sensible reason. Also Shrinkage is largely on the player (After I update the sissy school) When you select the chastity, don't select the smallest cage and shrinkage will not go all the way, but only a size or two)
