How to Install and Play
Windows
Download the Windows .zip file attached to this post
Place the .zip file into the folder where you want to install the game
Right click the .zip file and click Extract All
A window will open. Click Extract
Open the LayOfTheLand_0.17.1_Windows folder
Double click LayOfTheLand.exe
Linux
Download the Linux .zip file attached to this post
Place the .zip file into the folder where you want to install the game
Extract the .zip file
Open the LayOfTheLand_0.17.1_Linux folder
Run LayOfTheLand.sh

Anyone have a screen shot of what the game folder is supposed to look like with the files and folders I think I messed the game up and unzipped too many files into the folder. I don’t game on pc but this game looked cool now I can’t craft and open boxes anymore R and F just don’t want to work for whatever reason. 🤦🏽♂️ I should have stuck with console games pc is way to complicated to try and do anything.

For the love of god how in the hell do we use the basic smelter??? This game MUST ABSOLUTELY MUST have step by step directions for how to use create make do anything and everything. I have been trying to smelt armor for two weeks and I can’t figure it out I have no idea what I’m doing wrong. Smelter built fire is on ore is molten plate is in the slot but I have NO CLUE how to pour the molten copper into the plate. I’m frustrated beyond belief someone please help.

Has anyone tried running the game in parallels on a mac? I have the m4 pro chip and i was hoping it could run it but got the message "The UE has crashed, Fatal Error"
