The snow does behave similar to sand so you could have small avalanches

But most the biome would still be populated by the trees though.

I think this is awesome. One small tweak I would make is to make some of the mountains to be able to generate above the clouds and have some large patches of mountains with no trees but glaciers instead.

*tongue click* Nice! Any thoughts on avalanches? Would be a heavy system load though. What about ice and friction mechanics?
