If you're the kind of person that wants some sort of explanation, it has been surmised that this is one of the methods of undoing the effects of the big titty drugs last seen here:

What do they do with the extracted milk? It gets refined down into more big titty drugs so that maybe they can fix the formula so they're not quite so massive. Got to get that product to market.
Also had the thought of "What is the drugs effect on males?", well it results in slight enhancement of the dong, but also giant honkers, so it's not recommended (unless you're into that sort of thing).

Y'know, that's something we have yet to see: Are there any guys working at this facility? If so, what kind of hijinks ensue? If this place doesn't hire guys, have any gone incognito? Have some been hired and "forced incognito" to meet some kind of policy?
