Hope you all are doing well. Im trying to keep my spirits up. I've felt pretty good this month and it's been a while since Ive been able to say that. Lots of different factors contributing to that so there's not a lot I can do to ensure that feeling continues on, so all I can really do is relish it while it's here, and know that if it does go away that it's just a temporary situation.

The scuba stuff made me think of an old Turk drawing, which then led me to thinking about a Scuba prison, where aside from the chains and the bars, the fact that your regulator is attached to a fixed hose on the wall means you're not gonna get very far if you DO manage to get free....
