anyone else having issues saving? at first i just got an error screen now it closes and i have to start all over again

since you get the error right there, and you mentioned you get a corrupted message while unzipping, your download is corrupted. Download the game again, and try unzipping. if you don't get a corrupted message, you should be fine.

Ok but how do i begin a new game (which i have no problem doing) if all the app does when running is give me that error? It does not give me the option to start a new game. Do i have to delete these old save files? if so where are they located. Im sorry but im not the most tech savvy guy and i seem to be missing something here

you probably have a corrupted download then. I suggest downloading again.

While running game code: File "game/script.rpy", line 265, in script IOError: Couldn't find file 'sound/hover.wav'.

when unzipping the file i get 2 errors saying there are files that are corrupt, and when running the game it only lets me select my name, doesnt go further than that

as I said above, start a completely new game, and do not use your save files from before. Only use the saves you create on the new playthrough

i am getting the same error. I was playing 1-5 eps for free then i became a $10 patreon and cant get this to work.

I have the same issue. Downloaded it, but says can not be opened. I changed my settings to open from anywhere, but still the same message. Also I downloaded it and the file size was 2.62GB. Reinstalled right now and file is a bit smaller. Anything else I can do or should I just try again after the new download is complete?

the story of the game does not appear to me who helps me :(

You are using old saves which are not comoatible anymore. Start a new game and only use saves you make after that.

Got it to work. I had to change my security preferences to allow files to be opened when they are downloaded from anywhere.

I cannot get the file to open on my computer. I'm using a MacBook Pro. When I first try to open it the Mac says its from an unknown developer. So then I open it using the right click. The app icon shows up in the dock, bounces around for a bit, and then stops bouncing. After that nothing happens. I force quit and get an osstatus error 100002. Online searching says to restart your computer. So I've restarted and still facing the same issues. Anyone have any ideas?

The ending screen says EP8, because I forgot to add a new one for EP9. But the game is actually progressing to EP9. Bugfixed uploads coming in a short while

I used my save from EP8 on the EP9 download file and finished EP8, but it just ends. it doesn't continue to EP 9. How come?

Awesome update so far didn't play all the way through... I'm a hopeless romantic if you could I don't know if you've thought about it yet. Maybe a happily ever after ending with Alice? Get her pregnant and married (I know weird) but it just feels right with her character.

I agree with Wedoo, itd be nice if the game could keep track of what options we've made in each save. I currently have 8 different walkthroughs and I do keep a somewhat track of what chocies I made, but I still get confused sometimes.

I agree with ya there very rough. I wonder how difficult it would be to have a variable like the MC's name. Maybe a name and a nickname or something?

Hmm... it works as a quick fix, but the grammar could definitely use a bit of polish - "the Landlady" instead of just "Landlady", for instance. Also, some of the changes strike me as a bit out-of-place - like the MC calling Marcus "roommate" when Marcus isn't living there; and Jenna doesn't strike me as living next door to the "Landlady" (or else Alice being away wouldn't be such a big deal) so maybe neighbor isn't the right term.
