Good season, wild that the final episode is where we got all this backstory...... Amphibia didn't handle their end of season conflict this rushed.... just saying.(Not truly hating just sad Amphibia lost the poll)

aww hell yeah. I love the owl house but 100% agree with the whole ending being rushed. def couldve used another episode or two. Season two has the whole season to flesh things out more but even while it is really good, its still apparent that it was rushed in a lot of parts. They do great with the time they were given though.

It’s for easier airing for kids who can’t follow an episodic series. Slice of life order can be more easily shuffled around and put wherever on the schedule.

Idk whats up with disney cartoons where they all need their season 1s to be slice of life focused and only then decide to up the plot in season 2. It happened with Gravity falls, Owl House, Star, and Duck Tales, Amphibia. Its too much of a coincidence that its just all of the writers deciding on that.

Trust, seasons 2 literally gets better as it goes on. It's more on pace for the main story than season 1 so it's main story beat after main story beat.
