Lovely photos! I think (based on experience) that black and white is harder to do well than color. A strong color palette can overpower the content of the photo and essentially the color itself can become the subject, whereas with black and white the image is stripped down to "just" light - the balance of light and dark. My favorites of these photos are the ones with the strongest contrast, but that's just my preference. And the one I'm most fond of is the 10th from the bottom. It's a sensitive portrait with a wide tonal range. The little details make a big difference, like the catch light in your eye. You're still killin' it with the frequency and quality of your posts.
