There's not one definitive way, because for the most part they're not planned. It's a combination of the body awareness ballet has given me, the environment I'm in, my comfort level, and having seen my body from the lens' point of view for several years. It's part experimentation, challenging the flexibility and balance my body is capable of, and combating the urge of "arched back tits out" that women are so often groomed to do. Allow me to show you all my shapes.
