Stares are so hard to do! Sometimes there is the temptation to just use a more candid look (e.g. looking away/down) but I think a direct looking-at-camera pose can have its moments as well.

I don't have much to say to her. Her style is pretty good,with some blood on it, depicting as someone who you wouldn't mess with. But what I don't understand is how her twin tails are made behind her head.

Really love this new character design! The tattoos are super well done! Is the ‘necklace’ tattooed or is it an actual necklace? It’s really the only thing that gives me pause.
