my comment wasnt towards any of you. my comment was more geared towards the retail world. They implement dumbass things and think its a substitute for knowledge and/or experience.

We understand the frustration. I mean really! It feels like waiting forever....But I guess we can´t just drive through, SWAT em down and get the suit finally. At least we´ve got "green lights" in our studio. Means we´re technically prepared with knowledge, additional hardware and actress physically. As soon as the suit arrives we´ll shut our doors for two days and dance/test the hell out of it. Gato

(sigh) head of customer 'SUCCESS' and support............really people? I see things like that added for no other reason than appeasing people that have no business going out into the world. + Wonder how many hours of deliberation some council of executives had to spend to slap that marvel of enticement out our way.
