🕑 Added 2022-07-27 20:39:17 +0000 UTCWent to the gym today! Itβs the 3rd day and so far Iβm loving it! I really missed being more active and it feels good to get out of the house more often.
Do you go to the gym? Any tips for a healthy lifestyle? Iβve been watching lots of videos to improve my daily routine and so far I think Iβve managed to slowly improve on certain things!
I will also start swimming which Iβm so excited about π I will probably try the pool this Friday, Iβll let you know how it goes! π
