"Fraud" and "Declined" Pledges.
🕑 Added 2017-04-02 10:59:57 +0000 UTC Hey everyone. Hope you all are enjoying the first few pages of chapter 2 so far. I know they are a long time coming but more are on the way. So as you all know, another round of pledge charges have just been made. And as happy and grateful as I am for all your support. There seems to be a few problems going on. For 2 months now, I have been noticing some patrons payments being declined or flagged as "Fraud". (I won't list any names here.) I would like to request everyone to check your pledges and insure that your payment method is clearing. Or to see if you have received any message from me. I do want to apologise. I don't want to make things difficult for anyone, but it is really important for me to ensure fairness for all patrons that people aren't getting free benefits. As well, this may be effecting other artists you follow. And may get you "Banned" from there pages. Hopefully this problem gets resolved and please continue to enjoy the Patreon. Yes. If someone tries to pledge and they don't have a valid method of payment. It won't let them become a Patron.

Have you tried the "Charge upfront" feature? This prevents fake patrons coming in. I haven't had a single fake Patron since!
