Thanks for the chapter!

Stepan Kadlec

Also probably 'She left the messy whole and bits of concrete' -> She left the messy hole and bits of concrete

Corwin Amber

'leap like and move like' -> 'leap and move like' 'People leaped across' leaped -> lept 'on the coach' coach -> couch 'you maybe be' -> 'you may be'

Monsoon117

Kavi! Ah, I just recognized the avatar. I hope you've been well.

K

Lots of corrections waiting for you before I do more, Monsoon!

Blake Richardson

Thanks for the chapter

Code Reed

I honestly doubt the Emperor knows how to make one. Or if he does, there's no way he'll teach it. Elemental furnaces are one of the only things even valuable to Daniel. Teaching him how to make them would be like shooting himself in the foot.

Monsoon117

Constructive just means I can work on it, and it isn't laid out with insults aimed at me. Politeness is always a plus.

Titaniumtac

The primordial mana aura may let him dissect the cipher perfectly better. I'd get the emperor to teach him as payment for his services then he can make a many as he needs

Cirex123

Good stuff, my man!

Gardor

Did whatever skill that was stop improving? Is he growing larger faster than his skill allows him to compress himself (that's a confusing sentence to type)?

Code Reed

Yeah, everything he makes with his skin has the potential to be sentient. So sentient space ships and stations. I've been wondering about them. Once he goes against Schema he won't be able to leave Earth on it's own since he's the only one capable of fighting a fortress. In order to leave and do anything off Earth after that point, he'll have to construct some sort of defence. He already has experience with the ships Elysium used against him. I could see him using his minds to construct something similar but 1000x better.

Code Reed

I've been wondering, does Daniel have any minds trying to reverse engineer the elemental furnaces? Each one expands his internal work force. Dedicating one or two to never endingly increasing that work force would only benefit him. I think of it in terms some sci-fi books might use. Each furnace is like as 3D printer. A 3D printer capable of making more 3D printers. In order to increase output to say, a dockyard. You'll need to boot-strap up to it. Normally that happens by balancing how many printers make more printers while others make necessary things. Because while printers are making more printers, they aren't making anything else. And making more usually takes a lot of time and effort considering how precise they have to be made. And they tend to have a high failure rate because of it. This would seem to match his situation. Besides, he'll be able to make improvements to them. Aside from that. Once he can make dimensional pockets that have functioing time, he could have minds dedicated to crafting at all times filling those pockets with Golems, rings, weapons and more. Oh, and I think updating his Stat runes is due pretty soon. Once he can use primordial mana freely. That precision will turn a good endurance rune into and excellent one.

Thanks for the chapter.

Honestly I think the negotiations were on point...here is my perspective. Obolios (?) Is akin to a smart and cunning, yet scrawny (compared to Daniel) guy. Who tricks and takes advantage of a big brute on the play ground. Now the big brute has caught on and all the scrawny guy can really do is hope that the brute is nice enough, or in this case appeased enough to not beat him down. You laid it out Imo like obolios was the stronger smarter and more generous guy, and the were negotiating from that perspective. Now we know that he wasnt generous, wasn't stronger, and isn't smarter.... On top of that he was taking advantage of the person who was all that and now the gig is up....so imo what happened was perfectly natural because at this point it isn't negotiating so much as appeasement...I hope this made sense and I didn't ramble to much 😂

Love the new amara! Thanks for the chapter :)

Gamertecno

I had a awesome and terrifying thought. Once Daniel has primordial mana and time magic, I imagine something will happen to threaten earth from space. Once he knows of a new inbound space threat I can see him handing off the city building to specialized golems. Then I can see him taking to space to create a golem space fleet of insane power. He could also make a golem space station or even a counter to a spatial fortress. It's nuts to think what he could do with the golems, and it only hit me now. It is both awe inspiring and terrifying.

Anthony Romanov

I love that how some people are used to imperfections, that anything "better" makes them uncomfortable.

Maxime Cusson

He already is in his "compressed" form. Yeah, he is even bigger than THAT.

Gardor

Can't he compress his body?

Titaniumtac

Let us know when it is positive criticism, or when its non constructive.

Monsoon117

Now this was a fun chapter to write. It flowed so well while I wrote, and after a bit of polish, it really shined. In particular, I pride myself in how expressive Amara is in this chapter. She really has a monstrous energy channeled here, and it makes her pop off the page. I also thought about the last chapter I posted. After giving it some thought, yeah, I gotta say it - my negotiations could use some work. It's a recurring criticism that's likely earned. I'll research some examples and work on improving my abilities via reference. That should give me a method to improve how I handle those situations moving forward. That should help tie the characters and factional conflicts together, and more general discourse is always interesting as motivations clash. Anyways, those are my thoughts. Enjoy guys.
