I'd say number 3 would be pretty good if you modify the pose just a bit. A slight lean back and a hand caressing the belly. It'll work good, shows off the pregnancy very well and how you cary it. Number 2 has good posing and overall looks.

I like them all plus neko sara my weakness XD but if i had to choose ill say Halloween costume edited 2 i like the lighting and the pose
