I sincerely hope this isn’t the case. Dumbledore is respected on an international scale, he isn’t ignorant to dark magic, every indication says that horcruxes are INCREDIBLY obscure magic, and not something that just anyone from anywhere in verse could solve.

Cannonically the japanese school is even stricter than hogwarts about dark and light to the point using dark magic will make their unifroms black and then they grt expelled if that happens
