I love the idea of dual purpose. We have the channel: TWF Backstage which is going to be behind the scenes stuff, or just hanging out. Maybe the stream can go there (after going live for just Patreons)

It seems like it would be a lot of work for you, does it make life harder? It would be a treat, yes. Maybe it's something you could add to your channel for non-Patreon members to see what a membership could get them? It could serve a dual purpose that way, making it more worth all the extra work? Do what works best for you, of course.

I’m getting ready to start my own channel but it’s pretty hard to get things organized. I do a bit of oil painting and want to call the channel “Learning to paint w/ Dizzle McShizzle”. For real. A little character acting… Cross between Justin Wilson the “Cajun Cook” and Bob Ross. Should be fun but finding the time is killings me.
