Well wishes being blessed upon you. Once your tooth is pulled, MAKE CERTAIN your sinus and gum infection is completely resolved. It only makes sense to allow the infection to drain via the void where the infected once was. Give the infection time to completely leave your body. If not you could have a lifetime of sinus infections, inner ear disturbances and possible heart valve issues. I get a bit disgruntled when these new docs state an antibiotic treatment will resolve the problem. It depends upon your personal healing process which is governed by your gut health. Use caution with these current antibiotic medications. In their attempt to clear up infection they will also destroy the specific mucus producing cells. End result if you do take these mucus arresting medications, the long term side effect will create sore, stiff joints. Lack of mucus causes the stressed joints like your knees, hips and ankles to become stiff and weak. Just a cautionary comment. I know this from personal experiences. And the best action to do once your tooth is pulled is rinse your mouth with a normal saline, 3-4 times per day. Hope you get a chance to read this comment.. Dissolve a teaspoon of salt in a bowl of warm/hot water and aspire little by little thru your nose until you feel it reaches the throat (don't drown). Then take a sip and wash your teeth, gums, internal cheeks and mostly, the tongue. Then blow your nose and rinse the mouth. Repeat the process 3 -4 times, until you'll notice a difference. The salt is antiseptic, better if with iodine. Then go doing what you're doing and after 5 minutes aspire and blow your nose with cold water to equilibrate the temperature. If a smoker, bend your body over the sink, so it's horizontal, let the water flow in the palm of your hands and, keeping the mouth right on the surface, aspire dynamically the mixture of water droplets. When they reach the tracheae the body will automatically make you cough as a defense reflex. So cough! and spit. This way you help "wash" and moisturize the airways and to expel the debris. Of course in order to moisturize the body and the skin, you have to ...drink water.

In addition to the meds rinse your mouth with a mixture of some peroxide and warm water. Also place a bag of crushed ice or frozen peas on your face as well. This helps with any infection or bacteria in the mouth from the tooth fracture and ice will help with swelling and pain as well!!!

I hate sinus colds, I rinse my ears with 3% peroxide, from a nasal spray bottle I dilute the peroxide down to 1%, 1 part H2O2 to 2 parts H2O. a recipe my doctor gave my parents, and just sniff a spray once in both nasals, When I had a bad nasal infection. My parents and all her kids, still use. If the ears or nasal start to foam and burn a little, it's actually killing bacteria. Once sun light hit peroxide, the extra oxygen molecule breaks lose turning into H2O, and the molecule becomes a free radical. Good Luck!!

I just had teeth pulled yesterday. Been sucking on vanilla chai black tea. The caffeine in it stops the bleeding. I just had one of these that went for about 2 months. It was awful. Go to the store and buy two things of Yogi tea: the turmeric one and the echinacea one. Boil a mug of water and put one of each in and steep for 15 minutes. You'll probably feel like hell for a few hours after but you should feel pretty amazing the next day.

Here's to a speedy recovery. I wouldn't trust Hecklefish anymore. He seems to be all over the place. There are no such things as "powder vitamins" you take through your nasal passages. He's trying to get you hooked bc then he doesn't have to keep coming to you for a lone. Look for piercings, tattoos, bloodshot eyes. Any serious change from his normal demeanor could be a telling sign. 🐠 😳🤣 #fearthecrabcat

I don’t want to scare AJ but want to share my experience. Last February I was misdiagnosed with a bad sinus inflection two months and a CT scan later I was correctly diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue. I completed seven weeks of treatment and am healing. Again not wanting to scare AJ but have them check carefully!!!!

I have lived with severe sinus and throat infections my entire life and they are miserable, so be sure to stay in bed drink lots of fluids. Stick your head over some moist heat and if possible, get a backrub or two or a head rub. I’m sure there’s someone there who would volunteer.😉. Sana, Sana AJ.

Don’t rush anything AJ (that goes for the rest of the team as well). I prefer good content over a fast schedule. I really think you should slow down and reconsider your schedule. Bi-weekly is totally fine as long as it’s good. If it doesn’t meet your standards, give it either a week or if the budget allows it, hire more people. A company is only as good as its products and without a healthy and inspired team, that won’t happen. Money won’t matter. Money only fixes things temporarily. Get well, get some rest, take a good thought about the future and proceed from there.

The COVID is making its rounds, we had ours last week, Brandon my husband is at the tail end of his, just now starting to get his sense of smell and taste back, I hope you heal quick so you don't have to suffer much longer.
