These aren't just sightings – witnesses report telepathic contact and the sensation of having their memories extracted. The encounters follow a consistent pattern: electronics malfunction, forests go silent, and witnesses experience a strange humming vibration.
What's even more compelling is that mantis beings appear in ancient artwork worldwide, from 8,000-year-old cave paintings to Egyptian texts. Are these interdimensional entities that have been watching humanity since the beginning of civilization?

lol . I hear ya. I live in the middle of the Chequamegon National Forest a hour south of Lake superior. Grew up in the woods. Without people for miles. A river in New Jersey? Been in woods for 50 years and by myself for half that time and never seen a black Panther much less an alien but some weekend camper always seems to have these experiences.

I shared my encounter I had while camping on the WF discord/stories. Two of us experienced the vibrations for a very long time. they began to make the sounds in patterns when we began to guess what the sound could be. It was a long night with many shared situations to the story. from the sound, to being watched, to the tent moving, to the had I saw holding the tent, to the lack of foot steps when I illuminated the hand from in the tent and lastly the sounds making patterns and almost crippling our ability to walk. It all ended when we verbally asked it to stop. I really appreciate this story as I feel like every 5 years I get confirmation that what we experienced cannot be explained.
