It's just a neat thing seeing Lois and her panicked expression while Clark looks completely unbothered. Just a mix of fear and maybe a little shame on her face before it all crunches away. After that you just have a writhing/snarling animal trying to claw it's way out of Clark's arms while he looks for a safe place to put it down.

Initially I was thinking they were already in the air when Lois starts transforming. But then someone came up with another scenario that Lois has been a werewolf for a while and because she couldnt get out of the city in time, Clark flies by and takes her away. Any scenario works! :3
