Receipe:
1 Banana (100 cals)
2 cups of whole milk (300 cals)
1/2 cup of heavy cream (400 cals)
1/2 cup of peanut butter (750 cals)
2 tablespoons of honey (120 cals)
All in all the shake was around 1600 calories- and it went down pretty easy too!
