I'll clarify, only the video games isn't available to Microsoft, but wether the Game Engine for video game development will be available to them will be later known to the future chapters...

So I’m confused, why make it exclusive to his console and Apple computer when he gets more data if he allowed other companies and Microsoft to use the software even competitors cause they’re still contributing their data to the engine which makes it better Does he plan on making the unreal engine encompass every console?
