Yeah that's basically what I was getting at. Based on the shapes your mouth makes, where your tongue goes, where emphasis is placed on words -- it tunes your muscles.

Interesting point at 11:30 wondering about the like posture of the mouth and everything in different languages-- I tried to look it up and found this concept, Basis of Articulation: "Different languages each have their own basis of articulation, which means that native speakers will share a certain position of tongue, lips, jaw, possibly even uvula or larynx, when preparing to speak. " Also seems related to phonology? What a rabbit hole

It's really nice to be able to see more of these members. Hayeon and Chaewon are one of those combos that amplify each other's madness. Hopefully now that the newer members have settled in more they'll get some more screen time in badge war 3, I went back to watch the previous one and I did end up noticing Jiyeon and Chaewon more but it still felt like a lot of the focus was on the first 16 members

I guess it would just be muscle memory, even when learning a language. I have a lot of Korean words and phrases I know the basic meaning of, but I have never tried saying them out loud lol

on your own time, hop on mangonim and just watch the first live hayeon and chaewon did.....it doesn't disappoint

Hayeon and Chaewon are definitely 2 of the most unhinged....WAY more than chaeyeon. Chaeyeon is just really loud. At the most recent all 24 fan event, hayeon kissed chaeyeon on the mouth out of nowhere and chaeyeon was none too pleased. Also makes sense that since they both got to the group, hayeon and chaewon have been attached at the hip
