Golden Era Bodybuilding - Little Dark Age x After Dark
🕑 Added 2022-07-26 11:12:39 +0000 UTCAppreciating the greats of bodybuilding. Even though I now focus on calisthenics, sports and martial arts I began my physical fitness path with bodybuilding. This naturally led me to watch hours upon hours of bodybuilding documentaries with the most profound and inspiring being the classic "pumping iron". There was something about the golden era of bodybuilding that felt so real, non-commercial and idk how to put it...raw/real. Watching old Arnold interviews and really getting the full picture/understanding how passionate this guys were for the art motivated mem ore than anything else. If you guys also enjoy bodybuilding relating content I'd love to make more in the future!
